Shipping Policy
We ship across India from Thane. Kitchen components are heavy and awkward, so the delivery notes here matter more than in most categories.
How the timings work
Handling is 1-2 business days — from a confirmed order to the parcel leaving us. Transit is on top: 2-4 business days to a metro address and 4-8 business days elsewhere. Added together that gives 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere, which is the figure quoted everywhere on this site. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Packing
Panels and shutters travel flat with edge protection; fittings travel boxed. Large flat items are the most likely to arrive with a corner knock, which is why the carton condition should be checked before you sign rather than after.
On delivery day
- Look at the carton before you sign. If it is crushed, soaked or rattling, refuse it and tell us.
- Photograph the carton and the item if anything is wrong, before the packing goes in the bin.
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery to sales@trinitymodular.shop. We replace or refund.
Check the piece count against the order on the day of delivery. A missing hinge pack noticed a week later cannot be claimed from the carrier, and a kitchen run cannot be finished without it.
Tax
Trinity Modular is a small online retailer and is not registered for GST: turnover stays below the applicable registration threshold in India, so registration has not become compulsory. GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice carrying a registration number can be issued. The figure printed beside an item is the whole amount payable.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
